Synopsis:
          This show marks the return of the jidaigeki series "Hissatsu Shigotonin," which has had several seasons between the 1970s and the 1990s. The franchise came back in 2007 with a one-shot special, but this is its first full season since 1992. Makoto Fujita returns as the protagonist Nakamura Mondo, one of the "shigotonin," a team of hired assassins.

          when i was still dl-ing this drama and i was making sure that it was fully dl-ed, i scan the whole vid. the first thing that came to mind: this was a low-budget drama, the effects and setting's poorly done. how am i going to enjoy this? for the sake of Mabo and Tatsu, i'm going to watch!
          i enjoyed it. haha i didn't recognize Mabo there! i was looking for him in the first ep, i saw Ryouji, i was like "no, it can't be him!". XDDD oh well, i think he's good though this is the first time i saw him act. if i didn't know he's a TOKIO member, i wouldn't thought that he's an idol. Higashiyama Noriyuki's good. i saw him in GM Odore Doctor before. but here, it was different. you can feel how his character is a happy-go lucky hubby/police on the outside but when he takes a job and kill he turns cold, extremely cold.
          and now we're down to Tatsu. why did Genta die? and it was such a stupid death. i was so happy to see him as a dad! and when they were burning his body, he suddenly opened his eyes! why? WHY? a friend from tumblr said that it might be cox his schedule conflicted when production extended the drama, so he just appeared in the first 11 eps. i can't say much about Ren/Koki cox i didn't watch much of the 2nd hald of the drama after Genta died. i watched ep 12, 13, 18 (i think) and 22. in ep 11, Okiku and Ryouji visited Genta's grave. and in the last episode, Okiku visited his grave again. i was so touched. Okiku!
          i just found out that the actor Fujita Makoto died when they were filming HS SP 2010, he was the real lead actor back from the very first seasons of this drama. there will be another season this year.
          okay. so their weapons changed from SP to drama. i like what they use in the drama more.

My Ratings: i'll give this 8/10 :)
